Here are the next steps:

  • Make sure you've sent us your contract and ACH! Email Rachel at if you have any questions.

  • Gather all the logins we'll need to access your applicant pool.

  • Book an onboarding session for your team below (for the week before your services start). This session will take about 45 minutes. We'll go over our whole process and applicant tracking system. You'll show us your incoming applicant sources and provide all your requirements and preferences for caregivers.

Our onboarding sessions are where our partnership truly starts. Gather everyone on your team who will be working with us (recruiters, office managers, etc) and we'll go over the whole process.

We'll also need information from you:

What are your key requirements? 
You're our local expert, so be sure to include information about any legal/state requirements that you need caregivers to meet.

What do you look for in a caregiver?
Do you need certain languages? Schedules? Personalities? Tell us what you like! We can also change this as we go along.

What are your applicant sources?
Do you use Indeed, Facebook, or other advertising services? What are the logins? If it's a new platform for us, please give us a quick tour.
